Abby's really enjoyed drawing and coloring lately.

She learned how to draw smiley faces and draws them all the time now.  The line above their eyes is their forehead...I love it!  The eyes are almost always two different colors.

 

She's gotten much better at coloring between the lines.  This strawberry from story time really impressed me.  She colored it all by herself.  It probably helped that the strawberry was huge....but she's doing really well.

 She also loves to write.  I'll print letters with the dotted lines or make them myself and she has so much fun tracing them.  This is a sample of her own writing.  She calls them "whirly-loops."
