We're across the street from a park and the beach. We can see the beach from the front of the house.

Behind the house is the "jungle."

Seriously...there are wild chickens and pigs. The neighbor feeds the chickens so there are hens, roosters and chicks around the house all the time, which is neat except for all the poop. Abby loves the roosters. She chuckles when she hears them and says "siwy woosters!" The other day when we were leaving Ben walked out onto the porch and we heard a loud flapping noise. A hen had tried to roost in the stroller that is folded up on the porch. Ben scared her away, but not before she laid an egg on the porch. One hen roosted in the neighbors empty flower pot and then abandoned her chicks. Kandi got them and brought them inside before she took them to the fresh egg outlet store down the street.
The wild pigs are really cool. They eat a fruit that falls from a tree behind the house.
It really is beautiful here!
